Our fields are located on the campus of University of Cincinnati. The University of Cincinnati is located in Clifton, just 3 miles north of Downtown Cincinnati. The UC campus is easily accessible from I-75, I-74 and I-71, 1.5 hours north of Louisville, KY, 2 hours east of Indianapolis, IN, 1 hour south of Dayton, OH. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is conveniently located just 20 minutes from the university's camps serving all national and international carriers.
What do you do in case of rain?
If it is only raining we usually continue to play unless the fields become unsafe. In the case of thunderstorms and lightning we move the campers indoors to a safe place. We continue to monitor the storm with a lightning meter and also over the internet and only retake the fields when it is safe.
Is there medical staff available to handle injuries and illnesses?
We have a certified athletic trainer on staff that stays on campus with the camp.

What is the Bearcat Elite Soccer Training refund policy?
A full refund minus the service fee will be issued if a refund request is made at least one week prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be issued after start of camp.
What is the staff to camper ratio?
We plan on having between a 10:1 and 15:1 ratio of campers to staff.
Can parents and coaches come to watch sessions?
All sessions are open, and we encourage parents and coaches to visit. Bring your notebooks and enjoy the experience of a UC BEST camp.
Is there seating available?
Yes, if the camp is outside in the spring or summer sessions. No, if the camp is inside during the winter months. If you plan to come watch your daughter during the winter sessions, you are encouraged to bring your own chair for seating.

Calhoun garage is located directly next to Gettler Stadium.
